Participation
Registration
Participation in the congress is possible in the Presence+ format and includes 13 lecture halls and 2 streams. The broadcast (without CME) will be available live on 4 days and on demand for 1 year.
Congress
Registration is no longer possible – access is not possible without a valid eTicket. Members need their membership number, reduced professional groups need a confirmation.
Courses, seminars
Registration takes place via the respective academy, congress registration is also required.
Events
Daily tours and evening events round off the congress experience. If necessary, registration takes place is part of the online registration process.
Fees
The congress ticket comprises all 4 days including certification, the day ticket includes all services on the selected day. Members1 and other groups² receive reduced congress fees. Contributors³ will receive a personal registration link at a later date. Press representatives4 can register by e-mail.
Please note: The early booking rate is valid up to and including 30 September 2025, from 1 October 2025 the late booking rate applies!

Events
The evening events once again have a lot to offer. Registration – if required – takes place via online registration. Information on tours for accompanying persons (held in German) can be found here.
Tip: The Get Together followed by a reception, the Science Slam mit Bier & Brezel and the Kongressfinale mit Wein & Käse provide further opportunities for exchange, inspiration and encounters.
Rookie Night

It’s that time again! The Young Forum O and T invites you to the Rookie Night.
The party will take place at Club WEEKEND, which offers a breathtaking view of the Berlin TV Tower at Alexanderplatz. Whether rookie or professional – everyone is welcome!

Cancellation
Cancellation of participation is generally excluded. An optional cancellation fee of EUR 50 can be booked as part of the online registration process. This allows cancellation up to and including 27.10.2025. The difference will be refunded less the cancellation option.
